Trading Mountain Views for Texas Skies: The Start of an Adventure
The bags are packed, the passport is ready. But before I can dive into the delights of London and the charm of Italy, there's a crucial first stop on this adventure: dropping off my best boy, Mr. Duke, with his amazing pet sitter in Dallas.
The journey from Boulder, CO to Dallas is a decent haul, so I decided to break up the drive and spend the night in Amarillo, TX.
I checked into The Barfield Hotel. Nice place! Duke enjoyed his stay.
